How It Works

Your custom portrait, step by step

Every piece I create is made by hand, just for you. Here's how the process works from first message to finished stitch.

1. Get in touch

Send me an email with your idea — who or what you'd like stitched, your preferred size (Small, Medium, or Large), and any reference photos. The clearer the photo, the better the portrait!

2. Design preview

I'll create a design preview for you to review before any stitching begins. We'll go back and forth until you're happy with it.

3. Deposit

Once the design is approved, a deposit is required to cover the cost of materials. This confirms your order and gets your portrait into my stitching queue.

4. Stitching

I'll bring your portrait to life, stitch by stitch. I'll keep you updated along the way and let you know when it's complete. Please allow time for this — good things take time!
